holy crap...I finally was able to get a hand to finish today! Technically Ive been done since sunday, but couldnt get anyone over to help me put the damn thing in until tonight!
I gotta say...getting it back in is a huge pain and not anywhere what Id call easy (much more time consuming than I had thought....stupid splines).

I still have some things to button up tomorrow...but here's hopin my problem is all solved
