Sounds good to me.
Another interesting place to mount tge PS2, is on the passenger side, at the end of the leg area.. With a Plexi door on top, it looks very nice. Just suggestion... The Dash is as good, probably a little more practical. You'll need some means of converting your power for the PS2. Other than that, you seem set.
