'95 Civic EX Motor Swap

You could probably get a B18b1 out of the Integra LS for about the price you wanna spend, but the problem is that it's non-vtec. Of course you could do the LS/VTEC swap for relatively cheap and have a vtec B series motor that is great for turbocharging.
