you'll need minor stuff that you can find in a slavage yard such as a new cluster, different slave cylinders, clutch, flywheel (those, if not included with the swap), and of course the pedal assembly. Don't forget the shift linkage also.

If you cant manage to scrap these out of a wrecked manual civic of your generation, egay is always a nice place to try..
