				Crappy Idle?
Well last week I installed some MSD 8.5mm wires, and about a week or 2 before that i did a venom 400. For the last few weeks ive noticed my idle is really rough... like really rough.. i thought it was the venom at first but i turned it off and it still did it.. so i thought maybe it wasnt getting enough spark so i put the MSD wires in... then i noticed that my 4th cylinder MSD wire kept coming off the plug, and it was taking a crap.. so i fixed that, well im still stuck with a rough idle... and now i noticed my tranny feels like its slipping, but i dont think it is since they told me at the trans. shop that it was fine. But like if im at a light and im going up hill.. my tranny will slip and slip and slip until i get on a flat surface, then it will downshift and go but with lack of power.. I put some fuel injector cleaner in, and filled up today cause one of the guys at a local racing shop said it might be dirty injectors, but what does it sound like to you guys? if this doesnt make sense to you, slap me :P Thanks in advance jason

				 | How rough? Like almost going to die rough, or just real low RPMs? Does it fluctuate a lot? check all your connections, check your spark plugs. Your other problems, I have no idea, but it sounds expensive. |

				 | it sounds to me that the wires are bad. put back on the 6.5 mm wires until you get a new coil and ignition. And might as well check the dist cap and rotor.

				 | Update us on what the mechanic says. I'm having the same problems with my '92. What is your idle speed? I usually idle around 1500 and i KNOW that cant be right... |

Well it shakes a little bit, but nothing violent. I usually idle around 1500, but sometimes it'll get pretty low too, around maybe 300-400 and when i push the brake pedal the rpm's go way down, and it feels like im gonna kill it. | |

				 | have the vacuum hoses checked out, the throttle body cleaned up, and a fuel filter change. also add some fuel filter cleaner to your next fill up
