626 lx V6 vs Cavalier z24

well I was coming back from tutors, and I'm on allen road (has lights int he beginning)
and the last light (~300-400 meters from my onramp to 401, highway I get off at) I stopped.
before that though I've seen this guy all the way from steeles and was either ahead or behind him due to traffic. So I stop at the light and he ends up beside me and that's when I saw it was a z24. He had an exhaust and that's all from what Icould tell. Anyways, all I hear is music coming from his ride too. So I look over and he looks back. I look away, don't expect anything. Before the light turns green, I hear revving up and then green, he sits there burning out on the spot, I didn't expect to race so by the time Ishifted to first and floored it, he got traction and we basically had an even launch. Well by the time I was close to my exit ramp, I had like 5-6 car lenghts on this guy. So I slow down to get onto the camp, as he comes by I look over, see a thumbs up, I wave, and exit onto the highway.
