Pick one...

Ok heres my current shopping list of cars, but it changes daily, so bare with me... in the poll, vote on which car you would most rather have, and give your reasoning in replies here. Also, any other cars you may want to throw in the mix for handling/speed/driveability would be great... preferably used for less than 32k... this car will be driven on 100 mile road trips frequently. Thanks.

1. MTM Stage 4 Audi S4... for those of you who dont know anything about this, I have a video of this car beating a ZO6 in a drag race...

2. ESS Supercharged BMW 330ci... nuff said... its a beamer coupe making about 330hp to the wheels... and 200lbs lighter than M3... any more questions?

3. SP67 Turbocharged Supra. Self-explanatory.

4. ATI Procharged C5 Corvette. Pushing 500+ hp at the wheels.

Thanks again.

I don't think any of the cars you've listed would make it to the grocery store, much less a 100mile road trip.

i would go with the S4. as much as i hate VW Ag products the s4 is one car to blow my shoes off. a nice comfy, 4 door, not too much different from a regular a4 lots of ballz, and in a race you won't even know what the hell hit you

And I assume a nitrous-fed Trans Am would?
And I know the BMW and Supra would have no trouble making it. Im not sure about the C5 or Audi, but I dont know what the trouble would be with them.
Keep in mind they will be mildly tuned, not crazy all-out... just nice power gains, not to the point where stuff breaks.

Sick of Supras? Blasphemy! Did I spell that right? Oh well... Supras are sweet, but I will admit almost every supra out there is at LEAST BPU, if not single turbod... it would be a whole hell of a lot faster than the others, but Im not sure the commonplace of owning a fast supra would be as nice as owning a fast BMW/Vette/S4...

the geekz0r (11:04:16 PM): so 2nd pulls like 1st in the 5speed, 3rd is like 2nd, etc.
PortugeeTex (11:04:26 PM): so whats 1st like then?
the geekz0r (11:04:49 PM): 1st is like hitting a cheeta in the ass with a tazer

I totally agree..

The S4 is an amzing car.. When I drove my girl's car.. that was the first time I had that much power at my right foot.. And it was a MTM stage 3 (full).

IS yours with the whole kit or just the ECU upgrade?

Um... don't have it yet... thats why its my shopping list... but it would be the entire kit. The deal is this: I have about 30-32k to spend on the car, and 8-10k cash saved up for some mods. So the car will be bought by me with less than 50k miles on it and will be completely rebuilt with performance in mind .

tough pick for me....It was between the S4 and the Vette...but I picked the Vette well cuz eventually I will definitely own one...it's always my standby choice in a poll when I can't make a decision.

im syaing the s4 because you can just leave that thing as is and it wont turn into a modding money pit like the others will. im not too impressed with 330's even if it is supercharged, the 3 series lacks the luxory that its compeditors have IMO. the 5 and 7 own. the supra MKIV im guessing, you will spend THOUSANDS on upkeep and mods. ever mod you do your gonna need a upgrade to sustaine the longevity of the motor. the vette.... your a kid, you dont need a vette. it might seem like fun, but you cant load your friends up in the car, you cant take long road trips, never gonna move stuff, its not pratical at all for a one car person. the S4 has speed, style, and comfort. i wouldnt even bother with the MTM upgrade, theres gonna be something faster out there, i'd get some 19' volks a nice QUALITY, (not quantity) sound system in it, maybe a little bit in upgrades (raise boost, good suspension, like 2k+ coilovers) i wouldnt put an exaust on it cause in a year, your gonna look at it and wonder why. cause its loud and your getting the image you dont want. im starting to ramble into my own thinking now, im gonna stop

Sure, as long as the bottle's not open. I'm going to vote for the S4, though. Nearly bought one, if it wasn't for the 42k tag on the silver S4 Avant w/ the blue Alcantera...drool...

This is basically an excuse to bump this topic up but also for an update. I was told I *can not* get a vette, and the maintainence costs of the Supra have basically thrown it out the window too... so its down to the S4 and Supercharged 330... looks like the S4 is the winner, even over supra and vette!
