Distributor Question...(simple)

Ok let's just put it plain and simple. I'm dumb. Ok my distributer blew and i had to replace it, that's fine and everything but my question is, Does having too many electronics or things hooked up to my battery have anything to do with my distributor's function/mal-functioning? I have my neons under my dash, my neons under my car, my xbox/monitor, my sound system and everything else (lights, etc.) hooked up to my battery/fuse box sytem. If i have too many things like this, does it make my distributor break down?

Theoretically yes.. But in real life this isnt the case.. In a super extreme ultra rare situation maybe..

Before the distributor goes, there are many other components that could F up, many other WEAKER components.

So, the answer is actually NO.

dude from what you said it's a freakin bearing that went kaboom, so i don't see how those things will have affected the distributor
