I was told that a type R engne, (b18c5 - USDM 1.8L DOHC VTEC from a 94+ integra) will fit into my 4dr 92' Honda Civic LX. Can someone confirm this for me. I'm not sure what exactly will fit into my Honda either with kits or without. Please let me know

It will fit, you may have to customize a couple things, but itll fit.

Correct, with the proper mounts this engine will fit. Let's put it this way, 92-95 Civic's that come with the 1.5L can swap easily that 1.6L that comes in the 96-00 Civic's. In the 96-00 Civic's you can easily swap to the Type R engine, so why not be able to swap to the Type R in the 92-95 Civic's. What I'm saying is that there is room. Go for it.
