Anyone have a Motorola cable box?

Alright...in my haste to move today I let my brother unhook my cable box before I could memorize where everything went. Now I can't get it hooked up for the life of me. It's just a regular Motorola digital box...no fancy HD bullshit. If anyone's got one, I'd be most appreciative if you could remind me how to hook the bastard up.

EDIT:
If it helps, it looks just like this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/Comcast-Motorola-Model-DCT2224-1662-Coverter-Cable-Box_W0QQitemZ9726542881QQcategoryZ39804QQrdZ1QQcmd ZViewItem

can you take a picture of the back?

I mean it should be straight forward... you either have 2 coax connectors or One and some RCA's right?

If it's RCA's match up the colors to the ones on the back of your TV and put the cable line from the wall into the coax connector on the back of the cable box.

If it's 2 coax then one should be labled either In or Out or CATV or out to tv or something like that...

Then it's just one wire in from the wall and one out to the tv.

Although I'm guessing that there's something more since I'd imagine you'd be able to figure that much out.

OK from the ebay q's and answers:

This Motorola model has 5 rca jacks on the back aux audio in left and right, aux audio out left and right, video out. There are 4 coaxial jacks. Cable in,to tv/vcr, rf in and out. There is also a data computer 9 pin port and a ir port. Thanks Bob

ALRIGHTY... tell me what other components are getting attached or if it's just to the TV... then tell me about the connectors on the back of the other components... ESPECIALLY THE TV...

But it should go like this:COAX from wall into the "in" coax jack (although he says there are 4 coax connectors which is REALLY wierd. I'm assuming it has 2 Coax inputs and 2 coax outputs.)
THEN IF: you have RCA's on the back of your TV with NO VCR or other components to be attached then just run the RCA's (Yellow=video, Red=Right White=Left) to the corosponding inputs on the back of your TV YOUR DONE.

If you have a VCR that you use to record cable shows. You would connect the line from the wall to the input coax on the cable box. then take the output coax or RCA to the VCR's input RCA/COAX. Then take the outputs from the VCR and Run them to the TV's inputs.

Also if you have a DVD you could run it's RCA outputs to the Cable boxes RCA inputs so you could POSSIBLY record DVD's on the VCR too.

If you give me a list of all the components and connectors I could give you exact directions.

Yeah...I looked for a pic of the back and couldn't find one. I'll try and take a pic if I still can't get it right. It's weird...there's a silver-ish protrusion on the back with 4 connectors that all look to be bridged. On the left of that there's on coax input that looks like where it hooks up from the wall and there's two coax jacks on the right of the silver thing which I assume are outputs (at least one of them). Fuck...I need to get a pic. Haha.

Well...nevermind. I called Time Warner and told the guy what I had...he was clueless. He asked for the serial number and said "0h NoZ!!1! Teh Numar is t00 1ong. It wI11 nevar work!". Apparently they don't support the box through software so I'm s.o.l. They're brining another box tomorrow with my router.

nice...

those silver strips are prob. for some proprietary connectermajig.

Sounds like those silver strips have some sort of wire harness that plugs into them that has RCA's on the end.
