K need help....
How the hell do I get rid of the part that is circled in the picture? The part that says "search the web" only. I have got rid of all the toolbars but it still pops up....fucking annoying
 sorry about the white.....I suck at teh compooter....

its spyware for sure
look in control panel, then add/remove programs should be in there. Edit: not 100% sure, i dont use ie. Looks like it might jsut be a regular toolbar.
