So today I got a little curious again
I have thought about this topic, off and on, ever since it was brought to my attention. Today, I decide to ask your opinion.
Why do people spend hundreds, if not close to $1000+ plus on five lug conversions, when it would be just the same to swap the hubs from a crv? Not the knuckle, just the hub. In the rear you'd need to go itr hubs because Im pretty sure crv's never had rear disc. Am I wrong or does that make sense? Going that route, one wouldnt need to redrill rotors to fit nsx/itr calipers on the ex/si/abs/integra knuckle. Now, granted, if one wasnt planning on going 5lug at all, this would be more expensive than just redrilling the rotors. But say if someone wanted the 'bling factor' of it, the increased stability from an added lug, and wanted itr+ calipers...then it makes sense. Tell me why this doesnt work. |
