Wheels

[font=times new roman][color=deeppink][b][i] Hi, I'm new here and need some help. I have a 99 Honda Civic LX with 17s on it. I keep hearing this rumbling noise in my front tire on the driver's side. My friend thought that the tires needed to be rotated and if that didn't work, then the wheel bearing needed to be replaced. I had my tires rotated still hear the noise. I got my wheel bearing replaced and still hear the noise. I am asking you guys, what else could be going on?
