question
Hey i am buying this 92 honda accord but it needs work, it is for 200 dollarz the motor,engine,tranny is like new, but the suspension needs to be fixed, she said the car needz axle,cv joint fix, balljoint, and tierod fix, but i would like to know how to fix this myself without having to pay the mechanic 450 dollarz to fix it. I am tight on Budget a 17 year old kid looking for a honda accord to put hydraulics on, well i found one but need work done, does anyone have pics of what to do and stuff?

why hydraulics?...I personally hate them and see them as waste of money plus arent they bad for the car? |

welcome to HS...
if you want to do the work yourself go and purchase a helms/chilton book for your car on how to take it apart and put it back together step by step.. that will assist on how to perform the tasks. From there if you had a ? you could as for surther assistance... As for the hydro route had you considered bags? Less of a mess by far, you spring a leak in air hose it's cool but a line w/ hydro fluid....Blah... ![]() to each his own though, good luck w/ that if you go w/ it. check out the repair manuals though. its a good investment if you want to work on your car yourself... |

Please stay away from hydraulics you will be sorry. I had them on my 64 Impala and had to stop driving it because it just got too dangerous. I have since spent twice the time and money converting it back. If you want adjustable suspension go with a good air bag setup.
