Who makes good 2-way radios for FRS/GMRS? Preferably ones that support NOAA weather alerts. Brands, models, price, etc. would be helpful.

Anybody know what the big deal is between 7-channel NOAA and 10-channel NOAA stuff? Most seem to only support 7, but a few expensive ones support 10.

I'm aware of the licensing requirements for GMRS....so no need to waste time on that one.
