I know I'm a couple days late, but did you hear about this?

I don't know how many of y'all heard about this or not...but basically for some reason (I don't know why and I haven't heard why) a 14 yr old boy went into his middle school and ended up killing the principal and then himself. The really weird thing is that it made national news and the even weirder thing....that middle school is about a 5 minute drive from my house. The shooting took place at Red Lion Middle School...I live in Dallastown which is 2 miles west of Red Lion. Ya never think it would happen in your "back yard".

uhhhh your kidding right???? how many guns have walked up to somebody and shot them????? its the ppl who have guns ..if he dident have a gun he would have gone into the kitchen and got one of moms steak knives..... eather way he would have killed him.. if it wasnt gun, it would have been a club, chinense stars... a three for long sward with lil dragons on it... hahah take your pick! just leave the guns out of it! anyway its mad wak......

I think its funny how the news media has/had everyone beleiving that it's violent videogames and marylin manson that causes kids to go and kill people. I play(ed) doom, wolfenstein, quake and UT all the time, and I listen to manson. I was also the laid back, quiet, pretty smart kid. Does this mean that I'm going to go into my school and kill people? No, it has to do with the person. People blame entertainment because they want to ignore the real problems: nobody knows how to be a good parent anymore. Fortunatly I have excellent parents who raised me well.
mind you, I'm not insulting anyones parents on here, just making a point. sorry, im done... |

what happens is they'll think of the characters as those who pick on him/her.
such as shooting the soldiers in 007 golden eye on 64... but then that gets boring and the rage inside of him/her isn't fully expressed, so therefore goes out and kills them in real life. everything starts small... |
