B18c1 swap question!!!

quick tech issue,

first time swap, just got a 98 usdm b18c1 w/ all swap parts, however, I didn't get the wiring harness that goes to the ecu, I'm putting the motor into a 98 civic ex(5-speed). could i use the one I have in the civic? will this need serious know-how? I really could use help on how to do this or what to do.

any other info about this swap will be useful
