I've seen that pic before...Its just a joke, just like somebody putting a cardboard body kit on their car. But that is a 9.6 on the rice scale!

Found at '02 Rolex 24. Please note the double decker wooden wing...
The 10" exhaust tip (it was actually a bucket at one time).
The side skirts, which you can find at Home Depot in the gardening section...
The roof scoop and carb...
And the EVO headlights w/ a FMIC (which suspiciously looked like a heater core).
