Body Kit Painting

Hey i am looking at getting a four piece body kit for my civic, the kit itself if around 700 but was not sure on the prices. Before i call around i wanted to get a basis of the pricing and thought that you might be able to let me in on how much it cost you to get yours painted. Thanks

well let me start by telling you that you get what you pay for...
with that said, i am also looking for a place around the socal area to paint my body kit. i have been to numerous body shops and the lowest price i have found is $400, with paint match. since i have drove around with the kit already, i will clean it off,sand it and primer it myself, getting it ready to paint. most shops should primer it themselves, but will bring up the cost a little. another guy told me that he will do it for $100 and will primer it himself too but i will have to buy the paint on my own. anybody who has a red car knows red is the most expensive paint out there. cost of the paint ranges from the quality you want,self explanitory there. i do not recommend maaco, i have a paint job with them before and got a shitty job where it chips off after awhile, each shop is different im sure somebody has gotten a decent job from there before. all i can say is look around and then you can see how much you are willing to spend, for the quality you want without breaking your wallet...goodluck

Hey thanks a lot, that is actually a lot lower than what i initially anticipated. I was thinking somwhere near 800-1000 for one but i guess not, thanks for the info.
