Exclamation Suggestions for getting the allen bolt out....

Well today RacingRice & myself decided to put my KONI Adjustables & Eibach Sportlines on. Apparently I was not meant to mod this car....

The passenger's side rear allen bolt(the one on the rod) is stripped. The thing that pisses me off is that it was already stripped. We didn't even get a chance to do it ourselves. We attempted to use an air ratchet to free it, but of course it just spun in place. WTF was Honda thinking when they came up with idea for a damn allen bolt?

Anyhow, I need some suggestions on how to get this thing out. The only parts I need off the strut are the rubber bushing and the cup that goes on top of the spring. I though about using a dremel and cutting a slot in it so I could fit a screwdriver into it. Do you guys have any other suggestions?
