That would actual slow your odommeter down so it would read less miles then you have... which is a good thing
Your speedo would be off by very little If your asking if they will fit... yes they will here is a nice link http://www.2k1civic.com/stuff/tire_calc.cfm I think we need to get a tire size info sticky in this forum
