The reason I said this is that I had a 98 EX Auto that ran 16.0 with intake, exhaust & plug wires. Of course that car ran like no other.....

Is your clutch in good condition? No slipping?

The AEM will pull colder air. It won't be feeding off your engine's hot air supply. I would suggest nitrous. But my thought is that if you can't hit at least 10.5 in the 1/8 with what you have, then you need more practice. Do you have any additional weight?
