nofx, rancid, dropkick murphys, sumbline, anit-flag, lagwagon and unwritten law on it. very different types of punk, and sublime thrown into the mess also.

Right now I have Big Tymers in my deck....but I basically will listen to anything....I tend to go after rap/hip hop and r&b cds though.
OH and just for general knowledge...Clipse is TWO guys...they are brothers. So, is just the one shit?...or did you mean the duo in general? (side note...I like clispe, they have their own sound...which is like no one elses.)

Rap/Hip-hop - Nappy Roots, Nelly, Archie Eversole Rock - Kittie, Korn, Taproot, 6gig, Seether, Twelve Stones Techno(all the genre) - DJ Icey, DJ Jurgen At least that's what amuses me for now.

Nas (illmatic and Stillmatic only) common, mos def, blackalicious, last emperor, pharoah monch, dilated peoples, nappy roots, aesop rock, aceyalone, binary star, so many good groups that don't get heard. i tend to listen to music for lyrical pleasure. it has to have great flow or developed thought/content. i recently discovered i listen to music more for the lyrics than the music itself.  |
