if you want it only that low then go with Eibach Springs, but Coilover sleeves might be what you want so if its not low enough you can make them lower.
Make sure you get shocks/struts and put them on with your coilovers. Depending on how low you wanna go depends on which shocks/struts to get. If you dont plan on lowering it more than 2" the KYB GR2's are nice and cheap. Id get Tokico shocks if you have the money though
