Have you tried patches or any of that stuff?

I know....I will...I really hate smoking but it's like I get stressed out if I don't....like yesterday I didn't smoke the entire day at work and it was getting to the point that when the phone rang, I would get pissed off I was doing pretty good...I would just chew on a straw whenever I would get the urge....then last night I called my ex-wife to see about seeing my daughter when I get back and all that and to talk to her....well, I tell my ex to put my daughter on the phone and she (me daughter) gets on the phone and says "hello Robert"...yeah, my 3yr old daughter calling me by my first name....when my ex got back on the phone we had a 'little discussion' about that and by the time I got off the phone I was ready to kill something/someone...so, I went out, bought a pack of cigs, and lit up....oh well.........

no, I haven't tried the patch or the gum.....
