If 'he' broke up with her... And is now following her around when she is trying to get on with her life... That sounds like a problem. How is she being a 'slut'? She doesnt want to get back with him. She wants to start dating someone new. They guy needs to get a life, and jet. Go fnd some other girl. I do think she needs to confront him in a public place and tell him to go away. In a nice way. I wouldnt want my ex following me everywhere. It would be weird and very hard to meet someone new.
