Yeah, take it back and exchange it for a 330i.

I haven't driven a 325, but the 330's aren't slouches. I'm pretty confident that there exists a SC for a 330, a buddy of mine is looking into getting one for his '02. I'll ask him if he knows where to get one and post back if I hear.

Have you checked German pages to see what's available over there?
