i don't think she said she knows more than they do...or even assumed it...
This rant is about how cops take advantage of their badges...which they shouldn't do. And there is pretty much no point in turning off lights to not scare the killer because...if you killed a guy...or 7-8...wouldn't you run just as fast as you did when they had their lights on?...
Don't try to be something your not...she was scared for her life, due to cops being reckless...i think she deserves to rant.
