Assuming it's a base 1.5 liter, how hard/$ to crank it up to around 120hp/120lb-ft torque?

Does anyone know the stock performance stats? I couldn't find them, but I'm guessing: 0-60 in ~11 seconds, 1/4 mile in ~18. Hmm...maybe 0-60 in <8 and 1/4 <15 is a little optimistic?...
