Do you think he is capable of hurting you or someone else? Or could he just be acting stupid?

The reason I ask is because if he has done something in the past that would lead you to believe that he would do something now, you probably aught to talk to the authorities atleast to see what they say. If he hasnt, I would talk to him. See whats going through his mind. Maybe you can get things cleared up a little.
