I'm...not so positive. The Impala, Monte Carlo and Malibu were all full-size, haul-ass musclecars, and they all came back as neutered anemic 6cyl front drivers. GM may launch a new Camaro, with a new design and new powerplants, but I think the straight-line only approach of the FBody platform is dead, evolved out of existence by the 'do everything well, excel at nothing' approach of Mustang, S2000 and Eclipse.

Or, I'm desperately trying to persuade me to go buy an M3.
