The only time my girls and I have had guys pull u turns was when we were in high school and we'd cruise "The Circuit" (basically this is 2 one way streets that are 2 lanes each where all the high school kids with "phat" rides go to show them off....most of the time though they are pimpin their parents' car)...then we would have guys follow us. But past that I can't recall any guys stalkin us on the road. Sure they stare...but we do the same thing.
