hmm add 10-20 hp ? start with an AEM cold air intake, then move to the exhaust, headers and a high flow cat.

for suspension it depends what you want: rideadjustability get a set of tein coilovers, if u want a fixed ride height get some koni yellows with some eibach or neuspeed springs.

about the wheels i think you are ok but make sure you get some tires with a higher speed rating than 89 like the stockies
