there are a good many "negative calorie" foods. Sure they might now have wonderful nutritional value...but at least you aren't getting the calories.

Heh, I told some of my friends the whole celery thing and now they're all sweatin celery. I guess the same thing happens with carrots from what I heard. Yup. I got surprised again with celery. At a picnic on Sat
