very simple..

instructions:
-close all windows, and press the *print screen* key (on keyboard)

- go in MS paint, and paste.

-you save that image, in a jpeg format (.jpg)

-upload your picture to somewhere on the net. (I use the webspace given made available by my ISP)

-from this msg board you link to that uploaded pic. (using the IMG button)

if the last 2 steps seemed a little complicated, just send them to me, and I'll have them up as soon as possible.
