IMO, this will be different for each girl..

If she's really petite, and you pull out an organ thats 8 inches long with of diameter of >2.25in... Well, sh'll be screaming (and bleeding), and that isnt too cool eihter..

But then again, if with the setup mentioned above, you get into her, and she doesnt even blink.. Well, thats sucks just as much..

So I say, anything reasonable is fine, cause you'll just need to find someone whos dimensions will accomodate you well..
