If you want bottled beers, then may I point you in the direction of the Belgian trappist monks and their microbreweries. Infact somr of them aren't even micro anymore.

The Germans also now how to brew a cold frosty one. I can't say I ever found a beer in the U.S that didn't taste like water [1]. Canada has a *slight* edge on the lager/beer front and a lot more options in the ale department.

Any of you Canuks in Alberta? I'm sure I don't need to tell you how great Big Rock is Newfies have their nice ales too mind.

[1] - I am prepared to be told otherwise, but I never found much that wasn't commercial or foreign. Bud is *not* a beer.
