The car runs great but seems a little sluggish on lowend. I dont think I have something adjusted out right still.

If its sluggish on the lowend, lean out the low end needle a bit, but watch your temps. Since this is your first nitro, get a temp gauge or a temp gun to monitor your engine. MIP makes a cheap onboard temp gauge that works fairly well.

Also, make sure to loctite (blue) all metal on metal screws to keep them from falling out.
