Picking up good guys/girls 101: Where do they hang out?

dude i would agree school gives you the best access to girls but what quality of girls? Some of the girls at my HS aren't bad but most of them are or have major issues. Honestly my school is filled with a bunch of phonies and sluts. I've learned the hard way, so from now on i just look but no touching... no matter how good it looks
