Personally, I like FedEx. Costs a little more, but I feel as though you get what you pay for.

When I lived in Atlanta, I had a CD burner shipped from Marietta (about 20-30 minutes north of where I lived). It first went to Raleigh, NC.....then it went to Richmond, VA...then it went back to Raleigh, NC....then it went to Atlanta. So I emailed UPS Customer Care (sic) to file a complaint with them. I basically explained my complaint, and that it was obvious that they just ship it around the country to make sure it doesn't get there before the 6 days is up. They sent me back a response that basically said "Thanks for using UPS, please contact us if you have any more questions or concerns." Hahaha....those bastards. I try not to use them at all costs.
