what you shaving with?

I've been using the gillette sensorexcel for some time now, and recently i've been cutting my face up, nicking it a few times every other day or so.

I'm getting sick of this and i'm wondering if there is something better out there. I've heard of mach3 but i dont know anyone whos using it, not to mention the blades are like $2 each so i'm not in a hury to go out and buy it without some info.

Oh and i'm using edge shaving cream "extra protection" says the container but it doesn't seem to be helping. NOt to mention if i'm in a hurry i'm gonna get razor burn.

What are you shaving with?
Anyone think mach3 is the way to go?

i use an older gillette sensor. i'm not even sure if it is excel, and i used to cut my face too, until i decided that i needed to go and get new blades. since then i did not have any cuts. you might have just a bad batch like i did. for the foam i use gillette foam. also when i used edge stuff my face was all cut and sh!t. don't use gel

Get a mach3. You'll never go back, I gaurantee it. I use an electric when I just need a quick shave before work, but when you need a close shave, the mach3 is the best.

Mach3 all the way. I don't even bother with shaving cream most of the time, just some good hot water.....no problems yet. Drawback is cost.

Mach3 turbo is even more expensive. I haven't picked one up yet, cuz I'm satisfied with the Mach3.

I have a mach3 turbo and a mach3, but I usually use my electric razor when I'm in a hurry. Mach3 is the way to go though.

Norelco Electric.
I used to use the Mach 3 for a long time. But it eventually started to make me get bumps. So I switched. That and the fact that it'll break you when need blades $$.

One of my girl friends uses the mach 3 to shave...well other things....and she keeps tryin to convince me into buying it. Oh and whoever mentioned about the little "lubricating strip" at the top of the razor head....thats a rip off of women's razors. Almost all of the women's razors have those. Except for the cheapy throw away ones.

Rob maybe you should use Skintimate shave gel. That'll give your face protection...ever see those commercials?

skinmate sounds like a girlie product hehe. no i haven't seen the ads for it. I like my electric but it doesn't last, shave with it in the morning and by 3-4 in the afternoon i need another shave. now if i shave with a ravor i will run the electric over once before i go out, basicly i use at night before i go out.

Well i might aswell be getting off my butt too and get the mach3 turbo, i cut myself 3 times this morning. I'll get my friend to pick it up for me, he works a pharma plus (canadian place).
