Im going to trade it in for another car, so this is prolly going to stay the end of my mod list.

You are going to trade in a 01 Civic? Won't you be sort of upside down on that deal? Are you worried about making mods to it because it is so new and you don't want to screw up the warranty, resale, etc.? I know that situation. The civic is so reliable though, you shouldn't worry about the warranty on the engine and could go turbo. It is a blast!
