oh ya..definately. you can ride at any height between the two, those are just the two dramatic settings... you know how when you're car's lowered, it sucks going over speed bumps. well with these, you can be riding low one second, switch it higher, and in another second you can be stock height.

and actually when it's all the way to the ground, you CAN'T drive it, that's just more for show, or when you're parked.
