Example..
When a dog is eating and you bother it and the dog growls and bites at you, its not cause its a killer dog.. It just doesnt want to be bothered, you can kinda say the same thing in this case.. You disturb the US and you will have to suffer with what happens next.

What meant that in the sense that North Americans (including myself), need to know that there will be revenge. And it has happen on numerous occasions, smaller incidentsthough, where Americans decided to kill, without knowing 100% that they were kill the right person..
