That sounds pretty tasty, I might have to try it. I have a reasonable amount of ingredients....I might have to crack my own peppercorns, though. And I've only got ground ginger on hand, no root or pickled ginger.

I like it best as nigiri sushi.....but I couldn't eat 1/2 lb. of tuna.

It's effectively tuna steak.
