Ok am I the only one that is confused by this statement??? or is it just past my bed time??? hehe....If I see a person no matter what their ethnicity driving a car I consider "ricey" I might chuckle over it, or call my best friend and tell her about it. But If I see a person driving a modded import/domestic that I think is sweet Hellz yah I'd give a thumbs up or roll down my window and tell him/her that they have a nice a$$ ride.
