I have some pulleys on my Accord, and they might do a little, but not that much. Every little bit helps though. I'd get I/H/E first if I had it to do over again.

For budget reasons? I consider pulleys to be cheap enough that they could be put on at any time. But I guess if your budget is too tight, then they would probably be a lower priority.

Or was there another reason that you would put them later?
