And second of all a CTR won't do 157, cuz it's governed at 112, but even without that it would only do 130 MAX! So anyway, just about every civic is governed at less than 120, and accords won't run over 130 MAX again (with a V6)

well it is possible he could have a CTR since if you look to the side he does live in England...where CTR's are available!.....not the crappy north american civics you see here on the roads.....
