AZN nite ryder... is correct..
You should be looking at 4 x 114.3.. I wouldnt go wider than 7.. If you take a 45 profile tire on 17's, you'll be playing safe, I doubt you'll damage anything. 16's are too small for an Accord. So 215/45/17 or 215/40/17..
