If you dont really have anything done to the car you wont benefit from a clutch near as much. But you still will..

I had an 89 Crx SI, completely stock, 130,000 miles on it. I put a Heavy Duty RAM clutch in it from summit... OMG, what a difference it makes... I could break traction in 3rd gear with this clutch on a stock car!!! It was incredible, but completely sucked in the snow and rain...
